William Jeracki, Certified Prosthetist
Bill is
certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and
Prosthetics (ABC). An above-knee amputee himself, Bill completed his
education in prosthetics at Northwestern University in 1996, following a
twenty-year career in anesthesia. After working for O&P groups in Denver, he
opened his independent practice, Applied Biomechanics LLC, in Fort Collins
in 2001; he joined OPS in 2003.
Bill
offers full prosthetic services, providing custom design, fitting and
fabrication of artificial limbs for both upper and lower extremities for
clients of all ages. While he specializes in modern prosthetic design and
manufacture using advanced techniques and materials, including myoelectric
technology, Bill is also skilled in repairing or recreating all widely
accepted standard devices. He welcomes anyone who has experienced difficulty
with fit or function of previous prostheses. |
